It’s a Fun introduction to Fitness
Each 30 minute session includes exercises to develop balance, coordination, and motor skills. Your child will run, jump, kick, and have a great time while establishing athletic foundation. It’s a perfect way to develop healthy habits and a positive attitude towards physical activity. Also, Taekwondo is a great outlet to burn off excess energy for those highly active children.
Learn The Importance of Respect and Self Control
Learning respect is one of the core principles of martial arts. Through martial arts training, students learn to be courteous and kind. Also, students will learn the importance of patience. The dynamics of a classroom or team setting with teachers and coaches can be challenging for toddlers to learn; our classes have the perfect balance of individual and interactive training. This will prepare them for greater success at school and with team sports.
